The Brazilian term Bossa Nova, "the new thing", was coined to describe the samba and jazz era and refers to any new trend or "fashionable wave". Bossa Nova fulfilled this definition in Paarl when it opened its doors in 2002. As a "new thing" it was well received and, if popularity is anything to go by, has continued as a most "fashionable wave".

Our spacious restaurant specializes in pizzas, burgers, salads and steaks and for the not-so-hungry we have a selection of pub-lunch style basket meals. We also have a late-night menu. We have a vast amount of indoor seating available, as well as a fully-equipped children's room so that parents can enjoy their meal while the kids are having fun. Should you prefer to sit outside, however, you can choose between our enclosed and our open decks.

Bossa Nova is open 7 days a week, from 09h00 to 02h00.
