Beautiful white beaches with clear blue water entice you to the idyllic island of Zanzibar. This island is also known as the “Spice Islands” and is famous for its exotic spices like cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. This island charms its visitors with its unique blend of history that includes the ancient Stone Town with narrow winding streets and colorful markets.

Enjoy the white beaches and constant warm weather while staying in one of their luxury resorts. Situated close to the equator, Zanzibar has a typical climate with hot and humid conditions. Strong sea breezes help to keep the temperature down. Rain occur in November, but are like brief showers. Longer rains are from April to May. The rest of the year has great summer conditions with an average of 28degrees.

The east coast is known for the tides to go out for quite a distance and leave most of the day will small tidal pools, as the north and west coast of the island are less affected and allows more time for swimming in the ocean.
